专利银行上海服务中心CEO，上海市创业导师。曾在知名上市公司及知名企业任管理职务，历任某高校国家大学科技园企业服务中心主任，担任多家科技创新企业的董事。是多件国外专利及国内专利的共同发明人。
长期从事科技成果移转转化和创新创业企业培育工作，在科技成果市场价值评估，成果转化路径、初创企业培育等方面积累丰富实战经验。在建立知识产权保护体系和专利成果管理等方面执行过十余个项目，对于专利运营有着独到的见解，发表过多篇文章及著作。熟悉国家知识产权相关政策，参与了多个国家级、省市级科技服务平台的建设。指导或协助十余项实验室成果寻找产业化研发方向；综合运用市场、法律、政策等手段，为近百个科技转化或初创项目提供知识产权及相关领域的专业服务。
